Millets are wonder grains and one of the oldest foods known to humans and possibly the first cereal grain to be used for domestic purposes.

All millets are naturally Gluten free and Vegan cereals.

They have low Glycemic Index which helps to controls blood sugar levels and good amount of soluble and insoluble fibre contents which helps to keep the digestive tract clean.

Apart from these common features each millet has it's own health benefit. 

Cooking - Soak the grains for half an hour in water and cook like rice. Millets can be used as an alternate to any rice dish.
