Moong Dal Payasam is a creamy and a delicious payasam or desert made with lentils, jaggery, coconut and milk. 

Split skinned green gram is known as Moong Dal in Indian languages. It's also called as pesara pappu in Telugu, Hesara bele in Kannada and is one of the most sought after lentils in Indian cuisine. It is considered Tridoshic in ayurveda since it is light on the stomach. 

Moong dal is preferred for peparing prasadam, an offering made to gods during religious ceremonies and puja. 

Relish this healthy dish for all special occasions like pujas, festivals, birthdays! 

Just add water, mix well and boil or microwave for 9 minutes to savour the dish. All the ingredients are premixed.

Kesaribath is a sweet dish that is popular throughout India. Its is made using sooji or semolina, kesar, sugar, ghee, cashews and elaichi.

It originated from the state of Karnataka and is a popular dish during festivals such as Ugadi. But it is consumed as a breakfast dish along with vegetable upma or kharabath and both the dishes together is known as chow chow bath.

To make kesaribath, just add water and cook or microwave for 4 minutes.
