Our Soya Dosa is packed with protein rich soya and blended with rice, wheat, dal, methi and red chillies. Oats Idly is packed with healthy rolled oats which is blended with sooji, dal, mustard, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves. Coconut chutney is made using a good mix of copra, fried gram, jaggery, tamarind, green chillies, mustard, curry leaves and coriander.

How to cook?

Oats Idly – To make batter, add 1 measure of Idly mix with 1 measure of sour curds. Steam the batter in idly vessel for 10-12 minutes.

Soya Dosa – To make batter, mix 1 measure of dosa mix with 1.5 measures of water and set aside for 10 minutes. The batter will be ready to make yummy and protein rich dosas.

Coconut chutney - mix 1 measure of water with 1 measure of coconut chutney powder
