Rava idlies are made using sooji, bengalgram dal, mustard and curry leaves.

Oats idlies are made using oats, sooji, bengalgram dal, mustard, green chillies, ginger and curry leaves.

Instant chutney is made using coconut, fried gram, tamarind, jaggery, green chillies, mustard and curry leaves.

How to prepare?

1) To make idly batter, add 1 measure of sour curds to 1 measure of Idly powder and mix well. 

2) Steam the idly batter in idly vessel for 10-12 minutes.

3) To make chutney, add 1 measure of water to 1 measure of chutney powder and mix thoroughly.
