Kanchivaram Idly is a popular traditional and authentic delicacy from Kanchivaram in Tamil Nadu. The idlies are seasoned with pepper, ginger, curry leaves, coconut pieces and tastes delicious. Also known as kovil idly since it is offered as prasadam at the varadaraja perumal temple at kanchipuram.

Step 1 - Add 1 measure of MIX to 1 measure of water and 1/2 measure of sour curd and mix well to form batter.
Step 2 - Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Step 3 - Steam the batter in idly vessel for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot.
